Checking Your Login History
1. Log in to the Client Portal
2. Go to Settings → Security → Login History (or Activity Log)
3. Review recent logins including date, time, IP address, and device
What to Look For
Logins from unfamiliar locations or IP addresses
Logins at unusual times
Multiple failed login attempts
Sessions from devices you don't recognize
What to Do If You See Suspicious Logins
1. Change your password immediately
2. Update your Password Recovery Question in Settings → Security
3. Review your open positions and recent transactions
4. Contact NEOMAAA Support to report the activity
5. Consider logging out all active sessions from the Client Portal
Automatic Session Timeout
For your protection, the NEOMAAA Client Portal will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity. This prevents unauthorized access if you leave your browser open on a shared or unattended device.
