Use at least 12 characters
Include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services
Change your password every 3–6 months
Set up password recovery
Set a password recovery question to help you regain access if you forget your password:
1. Go to Settings → Personal Info
2. Enter a password recovery question and answer
3. Click Submit
Protect your MetaTrader 5 credentials
Never share your MT5 login number and password with anyone
Only save your password on personal, secure devices
Log out of MT5 when using shared computers
Use the investor (read-only) password if you need to share your account view
Be cautious of phishing
NEOMAAA will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat
Always access your account by typing the NEOMAAA URL directly in your browser
Do not click on links in suspicious emails claiming to be from NEOMAAA
Report any suspicious communications to [email protected]
Device security
Keep your operating system and browser up to date
Use antivirus software on your trading devices
Avoid trading on public Wi-Fi networks
Lock your phone and computer when not in use
