Managing Your Passwords — Portal and MT5

NEOMAAA uses separate passwords for your Client Portal and your MT5 trading accounts. You can manage both from the Security page.

Changing Your Client Portal Password

1. Log in to the Client Portal at account.neomaaa.com

2. Go to Settings → Security

3. Under Change Client Portal Password:

  • Enter your Old Password

  • Enter your New Password

  • Confirm the New Password

4. Click Submit

Changing Your MT5 Trading Password

1. In the same Security page, scroll down to Change Trading Account Password

2. Select your Trading Account from the dropdown

3. Enter and confirm your New Password

4. Click Submit

This changes the password you use to log into MetaTrader 5. You don't need your old MT5 password — just set a new one.

Password Security Tips

  • Use a unique, strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters

  • Never share your password, verification codes, or account access details with anyone

  • NEOMAAA representatives will never ask you to disclose your password

  • If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact Support
