Changing your client portal password
1. Log in to the Client Portal at account.neomaaa.com
2. Go to Settings → Security
3. Under Change Client Portal Password, enter your old password
4. Enter your new password and confirm it
5. Click Submit
Changing your MT5 trading password
You can change your MT5 password directly from the Client Portal:
1. Log in to the Client Portal
2. Go to Settings → Security
3. Scroll down to Change Trading Account Password
4. Select your trading account from the dropdown
5. Enter and confirm your new password
6. Click Submit
Alternatively, you can change it within MetaTrader 5:
1. Open MetaTrader 5
2. Go to Tools → Options → Server
3. Click Change Password
4. Enter your current password and new password
5. Click OK
Alternatively, you can change your MT5 password from the Client Portal under Accounts → [Your Account] → Change Password.
Forgot your password?
1. Go to the NEOMAAA login page
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
5. Follow the link to set a new password
Password security tips
Use at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
