Forgot password:
1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
4. Create a new password and log in
Forgot your Password Recovery answer:
If you can't remember the answer to your Password Recovery Question, contact Support with your registered email address and a valid ID for identity verification
Once verified, Support can reset your Password Recovery Question so you can set a new one
Account locked:
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security
Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact Support
MT5 Login Issues
"Invalid account" error:
Double-check your login number and password
Make sure you've selected the correct NEOMAAA server
Your account may have been deactivated — contact Support
"No connection" error:
Check your internet connection
The trading server may be undergoing maintenance — try again in a few minutes
Ensure your firewall or antivirus is not blocking MT5
Try using a different internet connection (mobile data instead of Wi-Fi)
"Account disabled" error:
Your account may have been suspended. Contact Support for more information.
