What counts as inactivity?

An account is considered inactive if there have been no trading activities (opening, closing, or modifying trades) for 30 consecutive days.

Inactivity fees

Standard inactivity fees may apply after 30 days without any trading activity. The specific fee amount and conditions are outlined in the Client Agreement.

How to reactivate a dormant account

If your account has been marked as dormant:

1. Log in to the Client Portal

2. Contact support to request reactivation

3. You may need to update your KYC documents if they have expired

4. Make a deposit to bring your account above the minimum balance

Preventing inactivity

To keep your account active, simply place at least one trade within each 30-day period. Even a small trade on a Cent account is sufficient.

How to close your account

If you'd like to close your NEOMAAA trading account, please follow these steps.

Before closing

1. Close all open positions — you cannot close an account with active trades

2. Withdraw all funds — submit a withdrawal request for your full balance

3. Cancel any pending orders — make sure no pending orders are active

How to request account closure

1. Contact support at [email protected] with your account closure request

What happens after closure

  • Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in to MT5 with those credentials

  • Any remaining funds will be returned to your most recent deposit method

  • Your personal data will be retained as required by financial regulations

  • You can open a new account in the future if you wish to trade again

Closing individual sub-accounts

If you have multiple trading accounts and only want to close one, specify the account number in your closure request. Your Client Portal profile and other accounts will remain active.
