How to Make a Deposit
1. Log in to the NEOMAAA Client Portal at account.neomaaa.com
2. Go to Payments → Deposit (or click + Fund Account in the top-right corner)
3. Your trading account will be pre-selected — change it from the dropdown if needed
4. Choose your payment option from Available Payment Options:
nowPayment — cryptocurrency payments (TRC20 and other networks)
PayRetailers — online payment gateway (regional availability)
5. Enter the deposit amount
6. Click Deposit Funds
7. Follow the payment provider's instructions to complete the transaction
Processing times vary by method — cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations.
Important Notes
NEOMAAA does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must be made from an account or payment method in your name.
For Cent accounts, your deposit is automatically converted to cents (e.g., $50 = 5,000 cents).
There is no maximum deposit limit. The availability of payment methods may vary depending on your jurisdiction or geographic location.
