Troubleshooting Deposit Issues

If your deposit didn't go through or isn't showing in your account, here's what to check.

Deposit Not Showing in Account

1. Wait a few minutes — some processing methods (especially crypto) may take time

2. Check your payment status — verify the transaction was completed on your bank/wallet side

3. Correct account selected? — make sure you deposited to the right trading account

4. Minimum deposit met? — amounts below the minimum will be rejected

Card Payment Declined

Common reasons for declined card payments:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Card not enabled for online/international payments

  • 3D Secure authentication failed

  • Daily spending limit reached

  • Bank blocked the transaction (contact your bank)

Crypto Deposit Not Credited

  • Check confirmations — most deposits require 1–6 network confirmations

  • Correct network? — sending USDT on the wrong network (e.g., sending ERC-20 to a TRC-20 address) may result in lost funds

  • Correct wallet address? — always copy the address from the Client Portal

What to Do If the Issue Persists

Contact NEOMAAA Support with the following information:

  • Your account number

  • Payment method used

  • Transaction amount and date

  • Transaction ID or reference number

  • Screenshot of the payment confirmation
