Deposit Not Showing in My Account

If you've made a deposit but the funds aren't appearing, follow these steps.

Immediate Checks

1. Check your payment source — verify the transaction was completed successfully on your bank or wallet side

2. Wait for processing — some methods take time:

  • Cards: Usually instant, but can take up to 30 minutes

  • E-wallets: Usually instant

  • Crypto: Requires 1-6 network confirmations (10 mins to 1 hour)

  • Bank wire: 1-3 business days

3. Correct account? — Make sure the deposit was directed to the right trading account number

4. Minimum met? — Deposits below the minimum for your account type will be rejected

Card Payment Specific Issues

  • Payment declined: Contact your bank to authorize international transactions

  • 3D Secure failed: Try again and complete the verification step

  • Duplicate charge: Wait 24 hours — duplicate authorizations are usually reversed automatically

Crypto Deposit Specific Issues

  • Check confirmations: View the transaction on a blockchain explorer to confirm it's fully confirmed

  • Wrong network: Sending crypto on the wrong network (e.g., ERC-20 to TRC-20) may result in lost funds — contact Support immediately

  • Wrong address: Always copy the deposit address from the Client Portal fresh for each deposit
