2. Go to Settings → Personal Info
3. Fill in the Password Recovery Question field (e.g., "What is your mother's maiden name?")
4. Enter your answer

Why set a recovery question?
If you forget your password, the recovery question provides an additional way to verify your identity and regain access to your account.
Tips for security
Choose a question only you can answer
Do not use an answer that's easily found on social media

3. Follow the instructions to reset your password
4. You may be asked your recovery question as a verification step
