How to Update Your Personal Information

Keeping your account details accurate is important for security and compliance purposes.

What You Can Update

From your NEOMAAA Funded Client Portal, you can view and update:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Country and citizenship

  • Date of birth

  • Password recovery question and answer

How to Update

1. Log in to the Client Portal at account.neomaaafunded.com

2. Go to Settings → Personal Info

3. Update the fields you need to change

4. Click Submit

Note: Your email address is displayed but may require contacting Support to change.

Important Notes

  • Name changes require submitting a support ticket with a legal document showing the name change (e.g., marriage certificate, court order).

  • Address changes may require a new proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).

  • Some changes may require re-verification for security purposes.
