From your NEOMAAA Client Portal, you can view and update:
Name
Phone number
Country and citizenship
Date of birth
Password recovery question and answer
How to Update
1. Log in to the Client Portal at account.neomaaa.com
2. Go to Settings → Personal Info
3. Update the fields you need to change
4. Click Submit
Note: Your email address is displayed but may require contacting Support to change.
Important Notes
Name changes require submitting a support ticket with a legal document showing the name change (e.g., marriage certificate, court order).
Address changes may require a new proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
Some changes may require re-verification for security purposes.
