Updating Your Verification Documents

In some cases, you may need to re-submit or update your KYC documents.

When You Need to Update

  • Your Proof of Identity (passport, ID) has expired

  • You've changed your residential address

  • NEOMAAA's compliance team requests updated documents

  • Regulatory changes require enhanced due diligence

How to Update

1. Log in to the Client Portal

2. Go to Verification

3. Click Update Document next to the relevant document type

4. Upload the new document

5. Wait for the review (same processing times as initial verification)

Does Re-Verification Affect My Trading?

In most cases, no. Your account will remain active during the re-verification process. However, withdrawal requests may be paused until updated documents are approved, depending on the reason for the update.
