Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to the NEOMAAA Client Portal
2. Navigate to Verification or KYC section
3. You will see two upload areas: Proof of Identity and Proof of Address
4. Click Upload for each document type
5. Select the file from your device (photo or scan)
6. Make sure the image is clear, all corners are visible, and text is readable
7. Click Submit to send your documents for review

Maximum file size: 10 MB per document.
Tips for a Successful Upload
Use good lighting when taking photos of documents
Avoid glare or shadows on the document
Make sure all text is legible
Include all four corners of the document in the photo
Don't use filters or edit the images
