What Documents Do I Need for Verification?

NEOMAAA requires two types of documents to verify your identity.

Document 1: Proof of Identity (POI)

You need one of the following valid, unexpired documents:

  • Passport — Must show your full name, photo, date of birth, and expiration date

  • Driver's License — Both front and back, showing your full name and photo

  • National ID Card — Both front and back

Requirements:

  • The document must be valid (not expired)

  • All four corners of the document must be visible

  • The photo and text must be clear and readable

  • No parts of the document should be covered or obscured

Document 2: Proof of Address (POA)

You need one of the following documents dated within the last 3 months:

  • Utility bill — Electricity, water, gas, internet, or phone bill

  • Bank statement — From a recognized bank showing your name and address

  • Government-issued letter — Tax notice, municipal letter, or similar official correspondence

Requirements:

  • Must show your full name and residential address

  • Must be dated within the last 90 days

  • Must be issued by a recognized institution

  • Screenshots of digital statements are accepted if they include all required information

Documents NOT Accepted

  • Mobile phone screenshots of bills without official headers

  • Handwritten documents

  • Documents in a language we cannot verify (contact Support for guidance)

  • Expired documents
