Currency conversion and account base currencies

Understanding how currency conversion works at NEOMAAA.

Updated today

```html
Account base currencies
  • Cent account: CNT (cent — where $1 = 100 CNT)
  • Standard account: USD
  • Raw account: USD
Currency conversion on deposits
If you deposit in a currency other than your account's base currency (USD), the funds will be converted at the current exchange rate. NEOMAAA uses competitive interbank rates for conversion.
Example: You deposit €100 from a EUR bank card. If the EUR/USD rate is 1.10, your account will be credited with $110.
Currency conversion on withdrawals
When withdrawing to a payment method in a different currency, the conversion happens at the current rate at the time of processing.
Tips
  • To avoid conversion fees from your bank, try to deposit and withdraw in USD when possible.
  • Monitor exchange rates if you're depositing or withdrawing in a non-USD currency.
  • Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to USD at the market rate at the time of confirmation.
