MT5 Won't Open or Crashes
Reinstall: Uninstall MT5 completely, then download and install the latest version from the NEOMAAA website
Run as administrator: Right-click the MT5 icon and select "Run as administrator"
Update your OS: Ensure your Windows/macOS is up to date
Check system requirements: MT5 requires Windows 7 or later, or macOS 10.12+
Charts Not Loading or Showing "Waiting for update"
Check your internet connection
Right-click on the chart and select Refresh
Close the chart and reopen it from Market Watch
Check if the market is open for that instrument
Indicators or EAs Not Working
Make sure AutoTrading is enabled (green button in the toolbar)
Check the EA settings: right-click the chart → Expert Advisors → Properties
Ensure Allow Algo Trading is checked
Check the Experts tab in the Toolbox for error messages
Reinstall the EA if the file may be corrupted
Slow Platform Performance
Close charts you're not actively using
Reduce the number of running indicators
Clear chart history: Tools → Options → Charts → reduce Max bars in chart
Close other resource-intensive applications
Ensure your internet connection is stable
Sound Notifications Not Working
Go to Tools → Options → Events
Make sure Enable is checked
Verify the correct sound files are selected
