How to Check Your Verification Status
1. Log in to the Client Portal
2. Go to the Verification section
3. You will see the status of each document:
Pending — Under review
Approved — Verification complete
Rejected — Document was not accepted (reason provided)
What If My Documents Are Rejected?
If a document is rejected, you'll receive a notification explaining the reason. Common reasons include:
Image is blurry or unreadable
Document is expired
Name on document doesn't match account registration
Address is not clearly visible
Document is not one of the accepted types
Simply upload a new document that meets the requirements, and the review process will restart.
