ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, EMAIL, AND PROMOTION USAGE POLICY
At NeomAAA, transparency and fairness are a priority. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited for the same client to register two or more accounts using different email addresses, whether simultaneously or at different times.
Measures against irregularities
In the event this practice is detected, NeomAAA reserves the right to take the following actions at its sole discretion:
Delete one or all of the accounts involved.
Require the regularization of the user's status, allowing the client to maintain accounts only under a single email address.
Consequences of migration and regularization
The final decision regarding the procedure rests exclusively with the company, which may opt for permanent closure, account unification, or charging the remaining amount if the account was purchased using discounts or benefits exclusive to new users.
Important: During migration or regularization processes, any profit, positive balance, discount, or benefit obtained in such accounts may be lost without right to claim.
Misuse of promotions and payouts
If it is determined that the duplication of accounts was intended to take advantage of promotions designed exclusively for new users, the company may close the accounts without the need for further justification.
Likewise, if the user requests a profit withdrawal (payout) without having regularized their situation, NeomAAA reserves the right to deny said request, even if the trading objectives of the account have been met.
These practices constitute a direct violation of our internal policies, and the measures adopted aim to preserve the transparency, fairness, and proper functioning of the platform, without prior notice.
