Why hasn't my account #X been validated if I've already completed my 4 trading days?

Validation is automatic, but time zone differences may cause slight delays.

What to do?

Wait up to 24 hours after your 4th day to rule out a time shift.

Are you waiting for your funded account credentials?

Make sure you’ve:

  • Completed KYC

  • Signed the contract in your dashboard

After that, you’ll get your credentials within 48–72 business hours.
